Product Details and Function
Purpose: It allows you to connect electronic devices to your motorcycle's CAN-bus electrical system without cutting or splicing the original factory wiring.
Switched Power: This plug connects to the accessory socket (often located near the steering head) and is controlled by the ignition switch, meaning it turns on and off with the bike.
Wiring Configuration:
Pin 1 (Ground): Typically connected to the black (earth) wire.
Pin 2 (Speed Pulse): Often unused for standard GPS installations; typically an orange wire.
Pin 3 (Positive): Connected to the red (power) wire for 12V supply.
